PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor of an operator and perform sure analysis.SOLUTION: A solution absorption spectrometry tool 2 is an absorption spectrometry tool for a solution to which predetermined chemical processing is performed, and comprises: an input light fiber 14 connected to a light source part 10 and transmits light; a flow cell unit 20 having plural flow cell parts such as flow cell parts 22A respectively comprising an input connection light fiber 62A, a flow cell 64A having a first surface part connected to the input connection light fiber 62A and transmitting light from the input connection light fiber 62A toward inside, and a second surface part disposed to face the first surface part and transmit the light which has been transmitted through the first surface part, and the flow cell is coupled to a solution holding part in which the solution flows or is stored so that the solution is introduced into the flow cell, and an output connection light fiber 66A for transmitting the light which has been transmitted through the second surface part; plural output light fibers 30A-30D for transmitting light from the output connection light fibers; and plural light detectors 40A-40D for detecting intensity of the light from the output light fibers 30A-30D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
