PURPOSE: A power generation plant of a marine structure is provided to minimize resistance added to a marine structure using tidal power and waves. CONSTITUTION: A power generation plant of a marine structure comprises a chamber(110), an air path(120), impellers(130), and a generator(140). The chamber is formed in a marine structure and is filled with air. An inlet for seawater is installed in the bottom of the chamber. Air, exhausted by seawater flowing into the chamber, flows in the air path. The impellers are installed in the air path and are rotated when the air is moved. The generator produces electricity by receiving torque from the impellers.
