PURPOSE: A coating liquid flowing prevention apparatus for a slit die, and the slit die and a coater including thereof are provided to maintain the uniform coating height throughout the entire area on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A coating liquid flowing prevention apparatus for a slit die comprises the following: a first coating liquid guiding member(230a) located on one side of an outlet on the slit die(220); and a second coating liquid guiding member(230b) located on the other side of the outlet. The first coating liquid guiding member includes a first bar(232a), a first connection member(234a), and a first mounting member(236a) detachably mounting the first connection member to a pair of ribs for forming the slit die.
