PURPOSE: A production system of recycled fuel of pellet-type using sawdust is provided to eliminate the dust generated in the sawdust manufacturing process, and to increase the productivity by controlling the percentage of water content of the sawdust to the optimum percentage of water content which is best for the pellet molding. CONSTITUTION: The production system of recycled fuel of pellet-type using sawdust includes: an sawdust material manufacturing unit which manufactures sawdust material by shattering the wood type and herb type raw material; an sawdust material drying unit which dries the sawdust; an recycled fuel molding unit which molds the dried sawdust into pellet-type recycled fuel product; an product packing unit which packs the molded recycled fuel; and an system controlling unit which controls the pellet-type recycled fuel production system. The production system of recycled fuel of pellet-type using sawdust includes: a sawdust raw material manufacturing process(S1); a sawdust raw material drying process(S2); a recycled fuel molding process(S3); and a product packing process(S4). |
