<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the use of a stamp service by drawing the interest to a facility registered in a stamp service, in association with a living area of the user or a place that attracts the user. <P>SOLUTION: When a user makes a request to provide a map from a terminal, a facility located on the map is specified, and the number of stamps given by the specified facility to the user is acquired. Then, a stamp card which indicates a mark corresponding to the acquired number of stamps is generated.
