PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a steel strip having a process of annealing a steel strip in continuous annealing equipment, in which, even in the case remarkable sheet width increase and remarkable sheet width reduction are present between the preceding steel strip and the following steel strip, the steel sheet can be efficiently and stably passed through.SOLUTION: As a steel strip for a sheet width change performing welding joining between the rearmost steel strip 21z in a preceding steel strip group 21 and a head steel strip 22a of a preceding steel strip group 22, one steel strip (steel strip 24 for a sheet width change) in which sheet width is increased in a taper shape in one steel strip in accordance with the sheet increase from the sheet width of the preceding steel strip (steel strip 21z) to the sheet width of the following steel strip (steel strip 22a) is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
