PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being difficult in manufacture and inspection of a welder, the problem of being high in danger of a malfunction since information on an output adjustment parameter is always transmitted, and the problem of generating a spark when an electrode is short-circuited to a base material when not welding, in an arc-welding device of not wholly using a control signal cable.SOLUTION: An arc-welding device is divided into three kinds of units of a control device provided near a welding torch provided with a transmission circuit for transmitting an output adjustment signal, a control device provided near a welding power source provided with a receiver circuit and a welding power source part as a power supply, and periodically transmits information on a welder output adjustment parameter as a packet by radio transmission. Generation of a spark is prevented by restraining an electric current of flowing when an electrode is short-circuited to a base material by monitoring voltage of a welding output end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
