PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for which a person can create inspection procedures if the person does not know the details of an electric circuit to be inspected.SOLUTION: The inspection device includes: a signal input unit sequentially inputting several different types of signals determined in advance, to an inspection target having an electric circuit; a measurement unit measuring at least one of the power consumption and noises generated in the inspection target, in response to each of the input signals; and a determination unit determining whether the inspection target is defective by comparing either the power consumption or noises measured by the measurement unit with that of a non-defective product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
