The device for rendering service of wireless access to Internet and local resources where as a communication device is used a WiFi hot spot connected with a computer by means of wires from one side, from the other – with wireless connection to electronic devices with a WiFi function where computation device of time is an operation control-display component and connected with a computer which from the other side is connected with a wire, at least with one modem connected also by means of wires with an aerial unit connected with Internet by means of wireless connection.
