The lamellae (3) have a body, on both sides of which bearing pins (7) extend in the direction of the longitudinal axis (4). The bearing pins are part of the bearing axis extending over the complete length of the lamellae. Each lamella is of one-piece construction and is formed by a section of an endless lamella, whereby the lamella body enclosing the bearing pin is removed. The endless lamella is extruded. The bearing pins are cut freely, particularly by a profiled stamp tool. The lamellae, in addition to the bearing axis, have a parallel running guide axis (5) which extends at least on one side over each lamella body. The lamella body between the bearing pins at least at one position is cut out as far as the bearing axis.
