PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce an electrolyte leakage through an injection hole by forming one injection hole per unit cell. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(200) is formed on a first substrate(100). A second electrode(400) facing the first electrode is formed on a second substrate(500). A sealing region is formed by bonding the first substrate with the second substrate using sealing agent. An injection hole(510) is formed on the second substrate to inject an electrolyte. The sealing area is decompressed. The electrolyte(330) is injected into the decompressed sealing area through the injection hole.
