PURPOSE: An interactive service producing method and apparatus by a short sentence service capable of providing and correcting a new service by providing an interactive service that everyone can produce and correct, are provided. CONSTITUTION: The interactive service producing by a short sentence service comprising: an operation instruction file producer(200) for instructing a service flow by a network manager; an operation instruction file produced by the operation instruction file producer(200); a run time engine(210) for actually executing the file; a session manager(220) for communicating feature information of a user with the run time engine(210); a short sentence message service center interface device(230) for requesting a transmission of a short sentence message; and an event manager(250) for processing and transmitting events generated by the operation instruction file producer(200), run time engine(210), and session manager(220) to a suitable output device; and an output device(260) for recording and displaying a system state and operating state of the events processed by the event manager(250).
