Sensors detect the typical signs of an oncoming thunderstorm such as lightning, thunder noises, rain, strong winds and atmospheric radio interferences, and output signals which are processed in analog or digital form in an evaluation circuit. An Independent claim is also included for a thunderstorm detection method.
