Preferred features: The parts are annular. During treatment, they are moved by rotating the suspension axis (6). This axis is also moved longitudinally and rotated about a further axis (12) parallel to and spaced from it. The unit has suspension axes coupled to drives. Plastic parts are arranged on the suspension axes with equal spacing, which is set by wedge-shaped grooves in the suspension axes. Each of the several suspension axes in the treatment chamber is surrounded by a hollow cylindrical electrode (5), concentric with the annular parts. Suspension axes are horizontal.
