Plastic parts are arranged on the suspension axes with equal spacing, which is set by wedge-shaped grooves in the suspension axes. Each of the several suspension axes in the treatment chamber is surrounded by a hollow cylindrical electrode (5), concentric with the annular parts. Suspension axes are horizontal.
