PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing suitable for OA machinery requiring low noises and low vibration. SOLUTION: A plurality of rolling elements 13 are disposed between an inner ring raceway 21a formed in the outer circumferential face of an inner ring 21 and an outer ring raceway 22a formed in the internal circumferential face of an outer ring 22. The inner ring 21, the outer ring 22, and the rolling elements 13 are composed of high carbon chrome steel, the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22 are treated by carbonitriding, and the surface roughness of the inner raceway 21a and the outer ring raceway 22b is set to HRC 58 or more.
