PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operational burden on a driver of a vehicle by executing proper initialization upon a restart after a stop of operation. SOLUTION: This vehicular air conditioner 1 selectively switchable between a left/right-independent temperature control mode and a left/right-interlocking temperature control mode selects the left/right-interlocking temperature control mode as initialization when restarted after a stop of operation.
