PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing and classifying machine by which bag breaking operation of a bagged object to be crushed can be smoothly performed and the bagged object to be crushed can efficiently be treated. SOLUTION: In the crushing and classifying machine 1, bagged dust charged from a charging port 5 is transported towards a crushing chamber 4 by a pair of screw shafts 21, 22 in a crushing object feeding chamber 3 and during transportation a bag is cut and torn by conical bag breaking blades 25, 26 attached to blade edges of screw blades 23, 24 at a definite spacing. Since a space between top end parts of screw shafts 21, 22 spreads toward both sides and downward, the dust after the bag is cut and torn is bitten therebetween to become in a dispersed state and is supplied to the crushing chamber 4.
