PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience affecting a logic programmable device and a peripheral circuit even when inconvenient circuit construction data passes through a conventional security mechanism and is inputted into the logic programmable device. SOLUTION: A logic programmable device protective circuit comprises: a construction circuit verification part 312 for investigating circuit construction data 12 inputted into a logic programmable device and judging whether a circuit constructed from the circuit construction data 12 satisfies a predetermined condition; and a circuit protection part 320 for performing protective operation for preventing inconvenience affected by the circuit constructed from the circuit construction data 12.
