SEAT RECLINING DEVICE

A seat reclining device is provided to reinforce coupling force between a holder and a gear wheel and reduce abrasion and noise caused by friction during an operation of the seat reclining device. A seat reclining device comprises a holder(110) having a gear rim formed with a tooth section at the inner peripheral surface thereof. A clamper(150) is received in the holder(110) to rotate about a certain rotating shaft. A hinge guide(140) is received in the holder(110) to provide the rotating shaft of the clamper(150). A spring(120) rotates the clamper(150) by pressing the clamper(150). A gear wheel(160) is received in the holder(110) such that the gear wheel(160) is interposed between the clamper(150) and the gear rim. A cam(130) is supported by the holder(110). The clamper(150) has a clamping surface that protrudes from two sides of the rotating shaft in the radius direction.
