A bogie frame rotating apparatus for a railway vehicle is provided to perform a pipe work of the bogie frame by providing a dedicated rotating unit for a reverse process overturning the bogie frame. A bogie frame rotating apparatus for a railway vehicle includes a movement cart(110), a lift guide frame(140), a base frame(130), a drive unit(150), a lift driver(160), a rotary plate(133), and a clamp jig(170). A second motor(131) provides power formed in the base frame. The rotary plate is connected to the second motor to be rotated. The clamp jig is engaged with the rotary plate. A handle is formed on one side of the clamp jig. The clamp jig includes a screw connected to the handle and a clamp having a pair of rails moving as the screw rotates. The clamp jig clamps the bogie frame. |
