<p>A radio base station apparatus that can reduce the system traffics without causing terminals to have any additional communication functions. An ENB (100) controls, based on reception quality information from wireless terminal apparatuses in charge of the local ENB (100), the handovers of the wireless terminal apparatuses. The ENB (100) comprises a grouping part (140) and a handover control part (130). The grouping part (140) serves as a grouping means that stores the group of the wireless terminal apparatuses and the wireless terminal apparatuses constituting the group with the group associated with the wireless terminal apparatuses. When receiving the reception quality information transmitted by at least one of the wireless terminal apparatuses belonging to the group, the handover control part (130) decides a handover of the whole group, to which the wireless terminal apparatus having transmitted the reception quality information belongs, and generates a resource reservation request that is related to the whole group and that is to be transmitted to a radio base station apparatus of handover destination.</p> |
