A standing type sleeve structure and a construction method using the same are provided to facilitate the installation of a sleeve by sticking a coupling piece into a coupling hole of a concrete form and a through-hole of the sleeve in order to fix the sleeve to the concrete form. A standing type sleeve structure comprises a concrete form(200) having a coupling hole(201), a standing type sleeve(100) and a coupling piece. The standing type sleeve includes a support plate(120) fixed to the concrete form, a hollow body(110) and a cover(130). The hollow body is installed on the support plate and has a first end formed with a rib(111). The rib has a through-hole(111a) mating with the coupling hole. The cover is coupled to a second end of the body. The coupling piece is secured to the coupling hole through the through-hole, so that the standing type sleeve is fixed to the concrete form.
