A method of breeding pigs for immunity enhancement by oral administration of serum in a first step and abdominal administration of serum in a second step is provided not to use at all antibiotics and hormonal agents, to reduce the odor of pork, and to improve meat quality. A litter of pigs is orally administered with 0.5 to 1.5ml serum within 12hr after birth in a first step and abdominally injected with 3 to 7ml serum after 15 to 20 days in a second step. The serum is obtained by the steps of: collecting blood from pigs which are bred without using antibiotics and hormonal agents; separating serum from the blood; and freeze-drying. Pig feed contains 7 to 10 parts by weight of crude fat, 3 to 5 parts by weight of crude fiber, 6 to 9 parts by weight of crude ash, 0.7 to 1.5 parts by weight of calcium, 0.6 to 1.2 parts by weight of phosphorous and 1.4 to 3.0 parts by weight of lysine.
