An abrasion alarming apparatus for a brake pad is provided to prevent damage to a disk due to the abrasion of a brake pad by installing a unit for outputting an operating signal through an alarming part. An abrasion alarming apparatus for a brake pad comprises a stop switch(10) detecting the operating condition of a brake pedal, a unit(20), a flow sensor(30), and a power substrate(40). The unit outputs an operating signal by an alarming part(25) by inputting the oil input valve inside a cylinder(4) if the stop switch is turned on. The flow sensor transmits the oil flow inside the cylinder to the unit. The power substrate mounted on one side of a piston(3) is communicated with a disk(1) in case of the abrasion of a brake pad(2). The unit applies power to terminals(C,D) if the oil flow valve detected by the flow sensor is more than the predetermined value. The power substrate has a first substrate(42) and a second substrate(44).
