PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet cleaner capable of effectively preventing consumption and damage of a liquid agent channel in the connection part with a double-shaft joint member between a handle with a liquid agent storage tank and a cleaning head with a spout part. SOLUTION: The connection part 16 with the double-shaft joint member 15 between the handle 12 and the cleaning head 11 has the double-shaft joint member 15 between a pair of head side support parts 17 erected from the upper surface of the cleaning head 11 and a pair of handle side support parts 18 projecting from the lower end of the handle 12. The double-shaft joint member 15 is composed of a first rotating shaft part 19 supported rotatably to the head side support part 17 and a second rotating shaft part 10 rotatably supported to the handle side support part 18. The liquid agent channel 21 extending from the liquid agent storage tank 13 to the spout part 14 passes through the inside of the double-shaft joint member 15, penetrating the part including the first rotating shaft part 19 and the rotating shaft center 19a of the first rotating shaft 19 of the head side support part 17, and reaching the spout part.
