PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the guiding of blood caused to run at a finger tip into a sample space within a sensor chip in a lancet needle integrated type sensor device with a lancet needle fixed on a biosensor chip. SOLUTION: The sensor device 1 comprises detachably mounting the biosensor chip 100 and a needle integrated type sensor body 20 having the lancet needle 200 fixed on one end part of the biosensor chip 100. The sensor device is provided with a puncturing mechanism (drive spring 31) which forms a closed space (puncturing mechanism chamber 51) by pressing it onto a surface undergoing puncturing to make the sensor body 20 hit against the puncturing surface within the puncturing mechanism chamber 51 and a decompression mechanism part 60 for reducing pressure in the closed puncturing mechanism chamber 31. The decompression mechanism is driven to reduce the pressure in the puncturing mechanism chamber 51 to guide a sample into the sample space 130 from a sample guide port 101 of the biosensor chip 100.
