PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an error operation is made by a user such as a simultaneous pushing or double pushing of a key. SOLUTION: When a key input of more than one is detected in a certain period by a detection means, the key stroke information is stored in a buffer, and the only key stroke information stored lastly in the buffer is made an effective information out of the key stroke information inputted in a certain period.
