PURPOSE: A blood cell separation chip is provided to prevent the leakage of loaded blood in an unexpected direction. CONSTITUTION: A blood cell separation chip comprises an upper substrate(10) and a lower substrate chip(20). The upper substrate prevents the contact of one or more corners(E1,E2,E3,E4) of a film with a surface of the substrate by physically fixing the film(30) and comprises a channel. The channel provides a flow pathway of serum components in one direction. The lower substrate comprises a channel. The channel forms the pathway by contact with the upper substrate.
