PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic exercise device equipped with a means for adjusting loads along with a simplified structure thereof. SOLUTION: The device includes a frame 1 fixed on the wall W of a swimming pool P, a chair 3 installed on the frame 1 and a pair of pedals 5 held rotatably on a case 13 mounted on the frame 1. Each of the pedals 5 is provided slidably with a load member 7. The load member 7 can be positioned stepwise with the pedal 5 and varies the degree of its protrusion from the pedal 5 to cause changes in the load for stepping on the pedal 5.
