<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enabling, even an observer who does not have high observation expertise, to readily make proper observation on the electrical signal of a wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring board 10 is disclosed which transmits the electrical signal, wherein pad electrodes 14a and 14b for connector are disposed as observation points for observing electrical signals from the outside, at positions where there is no wiring branching on the propagation path of the electrical signal.
