A system for estimating a location of a moving object on a supersonic wave sensor network and a method thereof are provided to estimate a location of a moving object regardless of the number of distance information that a receiving sensor receiving a supersonic wave signal from a moving object with an originating sensor calculates. A supersonic wave originating device(31) is attached to a moving body. The supersonic wave originating device outputs an RF signal informing origination of a supersonic wave and originates a corresponding supersonic wave. A supersonic wave receiving device(32) transmits receiving intensity of the RF signal to a location estimating server. The location estimating server(33) estimates a location of the moving object by using the receiving intensity of the RF signal and a distance with the moving object.
