PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a DC-DC converter module having enhanced efficiency with the suppression of a noise superposed on an output voltage etc.SOLUTION: Bottom face terminals 41-43 are formed on the bottom face of a magnetic substance board 30. A top face electrode is formed on the top face of the magnetic substance board 30. A control circuit 31 including a switching element, an input capacitor Ca and an output capacitor Cb are mounted on the top face of the magnetic substance board 30. Inside the magnetic substance board 30, there are formed a smoothing coil L1 and inductors L2, L3, L4 which are connected to a bottom face terminal and the top face electrode, respectively. The smoothing coil L1 is constituted by a helical conductor. The inductors L2, L3, L4 are constituted by via conductors. The inductors L2, L3, L4 pass through a perpendicular direction to the magnetic substance board 30 at the central part of the winding range of the conductor constituting the smoothing coil L1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
