PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce as further as possible the space to be occupied by a protective member of a wire.SOLUTION: A wire 20 with a protective member is disposed in an internal corner where two panel portions 12 and 14 cross each other. The wire 20 with a protective member comprises: at least one wire (e.g., a wiring harness 22); a protective member 30 which is formed from a foldable tabular member and formed by folding the tabular member between a first regional portion 39R1 and a second regional portion 39R2; and a fitting member 40 by which the protective member 30 is held while being fitted to the wire in such a manner that the first regional portion 39R1 of the protective member 30 covers a portion of the wire in its outer circumference and the second regional portion 39R2 covers the other portion of the wire in its outer circumference. The protective member is disposed in such a manner that the first regional portion 39R1 is turned towards the first panel portion 12 and that the second regional portion 39R2 is turned towards the second panel portion 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
