PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency of a traction power transmission device.SOLUTION: A traction power transmission device includes: a casing 10; a sun roller 11 supported in a rotatable manner by the casing 10 with a main shaft J1 as a center; two or more planetary rollers 12 contacting with the outer peripheral surface of the sun roller 11; a carrier 13 supporting the two or more planetary rollers 12 in a rotatable manner, and supported in a rotatable manner by the casing 10 with the main shaft J1 as a center; and an internal ring 15 directly or indirectly connected to the casing 10, and having an inner peripheral surface contacting with the respective outer peripheral surfaces of the two or more planetary rollers 12.
