PREPARATION METHOD FOR ALIPHATIC POLYCARBONATE

The present invention provides a preparation method for a aliphatic polycarbonate, comprising the following steps: in a protective atmosphere, reacting a dialkyl carbonate and a aliphatic diol in the presence of an accelerant to obtain an oligomer monomer by transesterification reaction, then subjecting said oligomer monomer to a high temperature and low pressure condition to carry out polycondensation reaction to obtain aliphatic polycarbonate polymer. In the present invention, green and cheap low boiling compound is used as accelerant in place of enzyme and acid-base catalyst used in the method for preparing aliphatic polycarbonate polymer in the prior art and thus the cost is reduced. At the same time, during the process for preparing the aliphatic polycarbonate polymer, the accelerant can be removed from the reaction system with the decrease of the pressure of the reaction system, and the synthetic process is simple. Furthermore, with the preparation method provided by the present invention, the obtained aliphatic polycarbonate has advantages of good color, high purity and excellent thermal stability etc. The obtained aliphatic polycarbonate polymer has a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 1.22×105 or more.
