PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing ink composition for surface printing excellent in coating physical properties such as polyvinyl chloride blocking and alcohol resistance.SOLUTION: A gravure printing ink composition for surface printing has a pigment, a binder resin, a curing agent, and an organic solvent. The binder resin has (A) polyurethane resin obtained from the reaction between a diol compound and an organic diisocyanate compound.
