PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds that can inhibit receptor tyrosine kinases and can be applied to treatment of a variety of disorders, including cancer, septic shock, primary open angle glaucoma (POAG), hyperplasia, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, atherosclerosis, retinopathy, osteoarthritis, endometriosis, chronic inflammation, and/or neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.SOLUTION: The invention provides pyridine and pyrazine compounds represented by the formula (I), where X is CH or N; R is Ar or Het; Ris furyl, thienyl, pyrrolyl, imidazolyl, pyrazolyl or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
