PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye mask for achieving sufficient light shielding property so as to obtain a comfortable sleeping state with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An eye mask E includes right and left light shielding bodies 11, 12, a nose abutment body 15, and ear-hook bodies 31, 32. The nose abutment body has a notch 15a formed to have a shape for exposing a nose. The mask includes a center light shielding body 21 for blocking the notch. The center light shielding body is formed by a thin material which is a separate body from the right and left light shielding bodies, and deformably attached to the right and left light shielding bodies. At least one cut line 21a is arranged at an exposure portion from the notch in the center light shielding body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
