<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a dimming glass for a vehicle and a door structure for the vehicle, with a secured sealability and improved appearances. <P>SOLUTION: A thin-walled portion 54 is provided at least on the upper end of a dimming member 56 so that a gap t is provided between a thin-walled portion 54 and a light transmissive glass 50, allowing a sealant 52 to be filled in the gap t. That is, at least on the upper end of the dimming member 56, the thin-walled portion 54 of the dimming member 56 and the sealant 52 are overlapped with each other. This secures the sealability between the light transmissive glasses 48, 50, and enables the dimming area of the dimming member 56 to move to a position shown by a solid line R. Then, the end side of the dimming glass 28 is dimmed as viewed by an occupant and from the outside.
