PURPOSE:To prevent air bubbles from contaminating into resin and enable correct transfer to be effected, and further making the precise control of lowering speed unnecessary by applying discontinuously UV curing resin in the form of spots on a coaxial circle of the center on a disc substrate and turning over the substrate and putting it on a stamper, and further irradiating UV rays so as to cure the UV curing resin, and thereafter separating it from the stamper. CONSTITUTION:A transparent glass disc substrate 1 is set on a turn table and, while turning it slowly, the UV curing resin is dropped on the substrate from a resin supplying device, whereby the UV curing resin 2 is applied discontinuous ly on the substrate 1 in the form of spots on a coaxial circle of the center on the disc substrate. And, the substrate is picked up and turned over and then moved to a stamper wherein it is lowered as being in parallel to the stamp er so as to be superimposed to each other and pushed slightly. And, by irradiat ing the UV rays from the upper part thereof and lowering the UV curing resin, the disc integrated with the finally cured resin is separated from the stamper. |
