PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change stored contents on an IC card while leading an IC card owner. SOLUTION: This managing system is provided with an IC card 1 on which identification data, owner attribute data and password number data or the like are stored, terminal equipment 3 to which this IC card 1 is connected, and IC card control unit 2 which communicates with the terminal equipment 3 and preserves the same data as various data stored on the IC card 1. When the contents change of data stored on the IC card 1 is requested by manual operation to the terminal equipment 3 in the state of connecting the IC card 1 to the terminal equipment 3, it is confirmed from data inputted by manual operation to the terminal equipment 3 by communicating with the IC card control unit 2 whether this request of the contents change is right or not and based on the change contents data inputted by the manual operation to the terminal equipment 3, the stored data on the IC card 1 and the preserved data in the IC card control unit 2 are changed. |
