PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a cylindrical member with flange installed on a wall surface opening of a building in which a beautiful appearance is not impaired and a position deviation is not generated at the time of mounting. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the cylindrical member with flange installed on the wall surface opening of the building, an elastic seal material is interposed between the flange part and a periphery part of the wall surface opening and a screw is penetrated through a side peripheral surface of the elastic seal material at an edge side of the flange part. Thereby, the side peripheral surface is fastened by the screw.
