PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bubble from remaining between both sheets even when not only a decorative sheet but an adhesive layer and a pattern ink layer are pinched between a rear face sheet and a front face sheet of a thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: A decorate sheet S has a front face sheet 3 of a transparent thermoplastic resin laminated on a rear face sheet 1 of the transparent thermoplastic resin via an adhesive layer 2 and a pattern ink layer 4 formed on the rear face of the front face sheet or the front face of the rear face sheet or both the rear face of the front face sheet and the front face of the rear face sheet, wherein the following relations exist between the thickness Ta of the adhesive layer and each of square average root roughness RqSURF of the front face of the rear face sheet, square average root roughness RqREAR of the rear face of the front face sheet and square average root roughness RqINK of the outer surface E of the pattern ink layer; Ta>=4.RqSURF, Ta>=4.RqREAR and Ta>=4.RqINK.
