PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of abnormal vibration. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a coil on which an electric wire is wound, a flexible diaphragm, and a magnet supported by the diaphragm, for inducing an electromotive force in the coil by movement relative to the coil. The magnet supported by the diaphragm is characterized by being arranged on the surface side facing the coil, and having a doughnut shape having a hollow center part.
