PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the size of a screen and to improve visibility and operability by placing a means to modulate/demodulate between transmitted/received radio wave with a base station and transmitted/received data and to multiplex/separate between the transmitted/received data, image data and voice data on a portable terminal, inputting and outputting the image data and placing a function to encode/decode between the image data and an image signal on a public terminal. SOLUTION: Transmitted image data is multiplexed with transmitted voice data from a voice input and output machine 12 at a multiplex/separation part 9 in a portable terminal 2, converted from an electric signal into a radio wave signal at an electromagnetic wave transmission and reception part 8 and transmitted from a transmission and reception antenna 1 to the base station. Received data is received at the transmission and reception antenna 7, converted from the radio wave signal into the electric signal at the electromagnetic wave transmission and reception part 8 and separated into the received image data and received voice data at the multiplex/ separation part 9. The received image data is outputted to a monitor of a video input and output machine 3 of the puplic terminal 1 and the received voice data is outputted to a speaker of the voice input and output machine 12 in the portable terminal 2. |
