PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting apparatus which can realize highly accurate positioning to a display panel even if an FPC or the like to be mounted is narrow and long and may be curved easily. SOLUTION: In the apparatus 20, one surface of a long-length FPC38 is attracted and held with an attracting head 21 and the FPC38 is mounted to a liquid crystal panel 32, by positioning and connecting the terminal portion of the FPC38 to the terminal portion allocated to the circumference of the liquid crystal panel 32. Moreover, the attracting head 21 is divided for a plurality of divided heads 23 to 28 including respectively the attracting holes 23a to 28a and thereby these divided heads 23 to 28 are independently driven to conduct individual position adjustments.
