PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor capable of preventing intrusion of water inside even if temperature changes. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device 1 with a sensor is provided with an outer ring 6, an inner ring 9, a rolling body 7, a pulser ring 10 fixed to the inner ring 9, a cover member 2 fixed to the outer ring 6 and formed from a resin as a raw material, and the sensor unit 3, to which a sensor 16 is fixed and which is fitted to the cover member 2. The sensor unit 3 is fitted to the cover member 2 by screwing a bolt 5, which is inserted into the sensor unit 3, to a nut 5 embedded in the cover member 2. In this rolling bearing device 1 with a sensor, an annular groove part 20 is formed in a peripheral part 5d of the nut 5 to form a first seal part 30 or a second seal part 40 in response to a change of temperature.
