PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulating system for use in a fluid ejection device which regulates temperature of the fluid ejection device by removing heat from the fluid ejection device through the recirculation of a fluid in the fluid ejection device. SOLUTION: The temperature regulating system 200 is provided with: a fluid reservoir 210; the fluid ejection device 230; and at least one fluid communication path 250, 252 for transporting fluid between the fluid reservoir and the fluid ejection device. The system regulates the temperature of the fluid ejection device within a predetermined one by recirculating the fluid unejected by the fluid ejection device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
