PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water piping structure of a large-scaled cooling tower capable of easily performing its installation work, easily accessing to the cooling tower in maintenance, and reducing an installation space. SOLUTION: In this water piping structure 13 of the large-scaled cooling tower 10 comprising a mount 12, a plurality of cooling tower units 11 mounted on the mount and comprising a collection tub at the center of a lower face, a returning-way pipe for delivering the returned circulated water to the cooling tower units 11, and a going-way pipe for delivering the circulated water from the collection tub, the returning-way pipe comprises a returning-way head pipe 37 mounted between the collection tub and a leg 27 of the mount, and the going-way pipe comprises a going-way head pipe 38 mounted between the collection tub and the other leg 27 of the mount 12.
