PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display having a structure in which protrusions and recesses or level difference derived from a chromatic conversion layer are surely alleviated, and in which a covering fault of an inorganic oxide membrane and invasion of humidity and oxygen into the organic EL layer are surely inhibited, occurring of dark spot is suppressed, and a stable light emitting characteristic is maintained for a long period. SOLUTION: This is the organic EL display in which at least a transparent support substrate, one kind or a plurality kinds of chromatic conversion layers formed in a pattern state, a planarization layer, an inorganic membrane layer, a transparent electrode, an organic EL layer, and a reflecting electrode are included in this order, and in which the planarization layer is a laminate of two or more layers of acrylic resin layers.
